摘 要:为使煤巷掘进前实现快速消突,有效缓解突出煤层矿井现存的采掘衔接紧张的现状,基于传统消突方法存在消突效果差、施工周期长、消突成本高的不足,提出了可采用定向钻孔预抽矿井条带瓦斯的策略。通过应用空气复合定向钻进技术很好地解决了定向长钻孔存在的较难钻进的问题。实际应用结果表明,空气复合定向钻进技术钻进快、成孔效果好、定向钻孔钻孔轨迹可控、瓦斯抽采效果好,可为类似工况下突出煤层煤巷的消突提供参考。In order to achieve rapid ablation before coal tunneling and effectively alleviate the existing mining tension in mines with prominent coal seams, based on the shortcomings of traditional ablation methods with poor ablation effect, long construction period and high ablation cost, a strategy of pre-pumping of mine strip gas by directional drilling was proposed, and the problem of difficult drilling in long directional holes was well solved by applying air composite directional drilling technology. The practical application results show that the air composite directional drilling technology is fast, good hole formation, controlled trajectory of directional drilling and good gas extraction,which can provide a reference for the abatement of protruding coal seams in similar working conditions.
