摘 要:针对煤矿井下带式输送机在运输物料期间频繁出现跑偏、打滑的问题,对输送机跑偏打滑机理进行分析,确定了输送机张紧力不适宜是造成输送机跑偏打滑的主要原因,对此设计了一套电液推杆张紧装置。该装置主要利用传感器检测输送带运动速度,判断输送机是否打滑,通过2个电液推杆对输送带进行张紧。实际应用效果表明,该装置结构简单、自动化水平高,具有良好的防跑偏打滑效果。Aiming at the frequent deflection and slippage of underground coal mine belt conveyor during the transportation of materials, the mechanism of conveyor deflection and slippage is analyzed, and the main cause of conveyor deflection and slippage is determined to be inappropriate conveyor tensioning force. The device mainly uses sensors to detect the movement speed of the conveyor belt to determine whether the conveyor is slipping or not, and then tensions the conveyor belt through two electro-hydraulic pushers. The practical application effect shows that the device has a simple structure, high automation level and good anti-skid effect.
