摘　　要：针对马脊梁矿MG400/930-WD型采煤机时常发生因冷却水原因导致的截割电机烧毁故障,影响煤矿开采效率的问题,提供了一种冷却水保护装置并进行了应用。实践应用效果表明,经冷却水保护装置改造后的MG400/930-WD型采煤机整体运行稳定,无一起因冷却水原因导致的截割电机烧毁故障事故发生,安全经济效益显著。A cooling water protection device is provided for the MG400/930-WD coal mining machine in the Ma Ji Liang Mine, which often fails due to cooling water and affects the efficiency of coal mining. The practical application results show that the MG400/930-WD coal mining machine, after being modified by the cooling water protection device, has stable overall operation, and there is no accident of cut-off motor burning due to cooling water.
