摘 要:针对2114系统巷过F2断层采用传统全断面爆破施工工艺时,围岩稳定性差、巷道大块煤矸多、顶板受爆破震动影响大以及巷道掘进效率低等技术难题,白洞矿维修队通过技术研究,决定对巷道过断层期间原施工工艺进行优化,采取分层爆破施工工艺,并对断层带顶板采取“组合锚索+JW型钢带+π型钢棚”联合支护技术。通过实际应用效果来看,采用分层爆破施工工艺后,巷道掘进速度由原来的1.5 m/d提高至3.2 m/d,巷道爆破掘进期间顶板未出现破碎、垮落现象,取得显著应用成效。In view of the technical problems such as poor stability of the surrounding rock, large chunks of gangue in the roadway, large impact of blasting vibration on the roof plate and low tunneling efficiency when the traditional full-section blasting is used to cross the F2 fault in the 2114 system roadway, the maintenance team of the Baidong Mine decided to optimize the original construction process during the roadway over the fault by adopting the layered blasting construction process and adopting the "Through the practical application effect,the speed of roadway digging was increased from 1.5 m/d to 3.2 m/d after the layered blasting construction technology was adopted, and the top plate did not appear broken and collapsed during the roadway blasting digging, which achieved remarkable application effect.
