大倾角综掘巷道快速掘进及支护优化研究

摘　　要：针对晋能控股煤业集团某矿大倾角综掘巷道施工较慢的问题,基于该矿工程概况,提出了机掘施工工艺与巷道支护工艺,并分析了应用效果,应用结果表明,应用该机掘施工工艺与巷道支护工艺后,有效防治了掘进机失稳现象,显著提高了平均掘进速度,明显减小了巷道顶板离层量,实现了巷道的安全快速掘进。In view of the shortage of slow construction in a large angle fully mechanized roadway in a mine of Jinneng holding coal industry group, based on the project overview of the mine, the machine driven construction technology and roadway support technology are proposed,and the application results are analyzed. The application results show that after the application of the machine driven construction technology and roadway support technology, the instability of the roadheader is effectively prevented, the average driving speed is significantly increased, the roof separation of the roadway is significantly reduced. The safe and rapid tunneling of the tunnel is realized.
