摘  要:针对目前我国井下综采面液压支架所采用的电液控制系统通信方式落后、系统可靠性较低、无法满足智能化煤矿建设需求的问题,采用CAN总线及Zigbee组合通信网络架构设计了1套基于MCU控制的液压支架电液控制系统,通过无线节点的数据传输有效解决了系统布线困难、通信可靠性差的问题,可实现对液压支架的远程及就地控制、数据采集及远程监控等功能,取得显著应用成效。Aiming at the problems that the communication method of electro-hydraulic control system used in hydraulic bracket of underground comprehensive mining face is backward and the system reliability is low, which cannot meet the demand of intelligent coal mine construction, a set of electro-hydraulic control system of hydraulic bracket based on MCU control is designed by using CAN bus and Zigbee combined communication network architecture.It can realize remote and local control, data acquisition and remote monitoring of hydraulic bracket, and achieve significant application results.
