摘　　要：对神东矿区服役的8 000多台液压支架结构件的损坏原因进行分析,提出通过提升结构件焊接维修的质量管理、制定严格的焊接工艺措施来提高液压支架结构件修复的质量与效率,有效地延长液压支架使用周期,促进矿区安全高效生产。By analyzing the causes of damage to more than 8000 hydraulic bracket structural parts in service in Shendong mine, it is proposed to improve the quality and efficiency of the repair of hydraulic bracket structural parts by enhancing the quality management of structural parts welding and repair and developing strict welding process measures to effectively extend the service life of hydraulic brackets and promote safe and efficient production in the mine.
