摘　　要：基于煤矿井下绞车在使用过程中频繁出现故障,不仅降低了辅助运输效率、增加了绞车维修费用,而且对于斜井绞车辅助运输时,一旦发生故障很容易出现脱车等重大煤矿运输事故,不利于煤矿安全稳定生产的问题,对煤矿井下JDD4-22型绞车常见故障进行分析,并提出了若干项检修维护方法,以确保煤矿绞车安全稳定运行。Based on the coal mine underground winch in the use of the process of frequent failures, not only reduces the efficiency of auxiliary transport, increased winch maintenance costs, and for the slope winch auxiliary transport, once the failure is easy to appear off the car and other major coal mine transport accidents, is not conducive to the safe and stable production of coal mine problems, the coal mine underground JDD4-22 winch common fault analysis, and put forward a number of overhaul Maintenance methods to ensure the safe and stable operation of coal mine winches.
