摘　　要：对于立井开拓矿井来说,主提升系统制约着整个矿井的生产,是整个矿井煤炭运输的“咽喉要道”,因此矿井要保证主提升系统安全、稳定地运行。更换矿井主提升机平衡尾绳是矿井重大检修项目之一,基于此,介绍了一种矿井主提升机平衡尾绳的更换工艺。该更换工艺相对简单、安全、高效、省时,对其他矿井主提升机平衡尾绳更换作业具有很好的借鉴意义,值得推广和应用。For vertical shaft development mine, the main hoisting system restricts the production of the whole mine and is the throat of the whole mine coal transportation, so the mine should ensure the safe and stable operation of the main hoisting system. The replacement of mine main hoist balancing tail rope is one of the major maintenance projects in the mine, based on which a mine main hoist balancing tail rope replacement process is introduced. The replacement process is relatively simple, safe, efficient and time-saving, which has a good reference for other mine main hoist balance tail rope replacement operations and is worth promoting and applying.
