益气活血通络汤治疗脑血栓的效果

摘　　要：目的观察益气活血通络汤治疗脑血栓的临床疗效。方法选择2019年8月—2020年8月福建省福鼎市中医院收治的脑血栓患者100例,以随机数字表法为分组依据分为观察组50例和对照组50例。对照组采用西药治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上联合益气活血通络汤治疗,2组均治疗14 d。比较2组患者临床疗效、治疗前后运动功能评定量表(FMA)、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分及生活质量评分。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为92.00%,高于对照组患者的76.00%(χ^(2)=4.761,P=0.029);治疗14 d后,2组患者FMA评分、生活质量评分均较治疗前升高,NIHSS评分均较治疗前降低,且观察组患者FMA评分、生活质量评分高于对照组,NIHSS评分低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论益气活血通络汤治疗脑血栓的效果好,有助于改善患者的神经功能和运动功能,提高患者的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yiqihuoxuetongluo decoction on cerebral thrombosis.Methods A total of 100 patients with cerebral thrombosis admitted to Fuding Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Fujian Province from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected,according to random number table method,the patients were divided into observation group(50 cases)and control group(50 cases).The control group was treated with Western medicine,on the basis of the treatment in the control group,the observation group was treated with Yiqihuoxuetongluo decoction,both groups were treated for 14 days.Clinical efficacy,Fugl⁃meyer quantitative motor function assessment(FMA)scale,national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS)score and quality of life score before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate in observation group(92.00%)was higher than that in control group(76.00%)(χ^(2)=4.761,P=0.029).After 14 days of treatment,FMA score and quality of life score in 2 groups were higher than before treatment,NIHSS score were lower than before treatment,and the FMA score and quality of life score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the NIHSS score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The effect of Yiqihuoxuetongluo decoction in the treatment of cerebral thrombosis is good,can improve patients′nerve function,contribute to improve motor function and quality of life,worthy of clinical application.
