摘　　要：公立医院高质量发展需要构建优质高效的运行管理机制,通过提升服务质量和效率,加快创新驱动.多数医院现行的科研管理模式已不能适应和满足当前科技创新发展,普遍存在科研管理滞后于科研业务发展的现状.通过强化体系创新、模式创新和管理创新,构建从基础研究到以临床需求为导向的转化研究全覆盖的科研管理创新体系,可取得显著科研成效,推动公立医院高质量发展.The high-quality development of public hospitals requires the construction of high-quality and efficient operation and management mechanism,and the innovation drive can be accelerated by improving service quality and efficiency.The current scientific research management mode of most hospitals has been unable to adapt to and meet the current development of scientific and technological innovation,and there is a general situation that scientific research management lags behind the development of scientific research business.By strengthening system innovation,model innovation and management innovation,and constructing a scientific research management innovation system covering all aspects from basic research to clinical demand-oriented translational research,significant scientific research results can be achieved and the high-quality development of public hospitals can be promoted.
