摘  要:江汉油区作业施工时,用于修井作业和石油管连接的油套管螺纹存在粘扣、刺漏、滑脱掉井、挤毁等问题,通过分析和探讨,提出影响江汉油区管螺纹产品质量的因素和有效控制的方法,在调研修井作业管螺纹的现场使用状况后,研制出连续循环套铣和倒扣打捞的高强度非标管螺纹接头,设计上重点考虑连接方式、抗拉抗扭性能、减少磨损方法,并加以认证。非标管螺纹的工艺改进,节省了作业时间,降低劳动强度,减少了问题,提高了非标管螺纹工具的实用性、安全性和工作效率。In the operations of Jianghan area,such problems for threads of tubing and casing occurred as thread gluing,leakage,slip-off and collapse while used for workover and pipe connection.After study,this paper puts forward an effective control method and the influencing factors on the quality of the pipe thread products in Jianghan area.After investigating the field use of pipe threads,a high-strength non-standard pipe thread joint with continuous circulation bushing milling and backoff fishing has been developed.The connection mode,tensile and torsional prop erties,and wear reduction method have been considered in the design and certified.The process improvement of non-standard pipe thread saves job time,reduces labor intensity,removes failures and enhances the practicability,safetyandworkingefficiencyof non-standardpipethreadtools.
