关于建立健全全面从严治党责任追究机制的实践与思考

摘　　要：习近平总书记指出,“全面从严治党,必须从根本上解决主体责任缺失、监督责任缺位、管党治党宽松软问题”。从根本上解决,关键还是要从制度上解决。当前,油田企业在落实全面从严治党责任过程中,还存在一系列函待解决的问题。笔者结合工作实践,就如何建立健全全面从严治党责任追究机制进行了初浅的探讨。General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that"governing the Party strictly in an all-round way must fundamentally solve the problems of lack of subject responsibility,lack of supervision responsibility and loose governance of the Party".To solve the problem fundamentally,the key is to address it institutionally.At present,oilfield enterprises stll have a series of problems to be solved in the process of implementing the responsibility of comprehensively and strictly governing the Party.The author,combined with the work practice,conducted a initial discussion on how to establish and improve the accountability mechanism for comprehensively enforcing strict Party governance.
