摘 要:目前冶金行业的自动化连续生产要求较高,输送物料的皮带机直接在现场进行皮带接头硫化胶结。由于受到现场环境限制,在保证皮带接头硫化质量前提下,皮带接头的制作工艺和硫化温度控制就是整个硫化环节的两个核心要点。文章主要论述皮带机硫化胶结成型及过程控制等工艺技术标准,在实践中快速解决了皮带硫化头僵化、开裂不成型等问题,提高了皮带硫化接头的整体质量。Along with the growing demand for automated continuous production in metallurgy industry,the joint vulcanization cementation of the belt conveyor for transferring materials are completed directly on site.Due to the restrictions of site situation,the manufacturing process of joints and the temperature control of the vulcanizing are the two core points of the whole vulcanization operation ensuring the vulcanization quality of the belt joint.This paper mainly discusses the process technical standards of the vulcanization cementation forming and process control,which have quickly solved the problems in practical such as rigidity and cracking of vulcanization joints,and improved the overall quality of the belt vulcanization joints.
