摘　　要：总结2022年3月份2号高炉空料线法停炉操作过程。通过停炉前对炉料负荷的调整和炉顶设备、打水装置等各项准备工作的落实,停炉过程对风量、顶温和出铁时间等参数的合理控制,共用时18小时10分钟成功将料线降至风口以下。本次停炉实现了“零”爆震安全停炉,为今后高炉大修提供宝贵经验。This paper summarizes the operation process of emptying the feed line of Blast Furnace 2#in March 2022.Through the adjustment of the charge load before the blowing-out,the implementation of various preparatory work such as the furnace roof equipment and the water pumping device,the reasonable control of the air volume,the top temperature and the iron discharge time during the blowing-out process,the feed line was successfully lowered below the air inlet by taking eighteen hours and ten minutes with zero knockings,which provides valuable experience for future overhauls of blast furnaces.
