摘　　要：党性和人民性是中国共产党建党百年来新闻工作的重要原则和优良传统。本文从栏目设置、撰稿人身份、稿件内容及讨论议题等角度展开论述,认为《向导》通信栏对中共早期党报党性、人民性特征的建构发挥了重要作用。《向导》充分展示了各地党组织的工作动态、工农运动的进展、群众对党报的期许,确立了它在全民族革命中的舆论指导地位。《向导》通讯栏对后续党报构建与读者的关系,践行和完善党性、人民性产生了积极影响。Party spirit and affinity to the people are important principles and fine traditions of the Communist Party of China’s journalistic work in the past century. At the beginning of the founding of the party, The Guide Weekly set up the communication column to strengthen the contact between the party newspaper and party members and the masses. This paper makes a discuss on column setting, writer identity, manuscript content, and discussion topics, and thinks that The Guide Weekly’s correspondence column has played a crucial role in the construction of the party spirit and affinity to the people of the CPC’s early newspaper. Thanks to the commonality and interactivity of the communication column, The Guide Weekly vividly shows the work dynamics of the party organizations in various places, the progress of the workers and peasants’ movement, and the masses’ expectations of the party newspaper, and establishes its guiding position of public opinion in the national revolution. The Guide Weekly’s correspondence column is a preliminary attempt to explore the party spirit and affinity to the people of the CCP’s early newspapers. It has an incalculable impact on the subsequent party newspapers’ construction of the relationship with readers, and the practice and perfection of the party spirit and affinity to the people.
