摘 要:随着风电渗透率的提高,电网逐渐呈现弱电网特性。传统的电流控制型双馈风力发电机(current controlled doubly fed induction generator,CC-DFIG)组由于锁相环的影响,难以在弱电网下稳定运行。混合控制型双馈风力发电机(hybrid controlled doubly fed induction generator,HC-DFIG)组定子侧采用功率同步的方式,适合在弱电网下运行。为进一步对HC-DFIG的稳定性进行分析,运用D分割法,在多重稳定条件的约束下,得到HC-DFIG的控制器参数稳定范围和控制器参数变化对DFIG稳定性的影响,以及HC-DFIG和CC-DFIG两种控制策略适合运行的电网短路比范围,并设计两种策略的交替切换来提高DFIG并网稳定性。最后通过仿真和实验进行验证。With the increase of wind power permeability,the power grid gradually presents the characteristics of weak power grid.The traditional current controlled doubly fed induction generator(CC-DFIG)group is difficult to operate stably in a weak grid due to the influence of the phase-locked loop.The hybrid controlled doubly fed induction generator(HC-DFIG)group adopts power synchronization on the stator side,which is suitable for operation in a weak grid.In order to further analyze the stability of HC-DFIG,the D-segmentation method was used to obtain the stability range of HC-DFIG controller parameters and the influence of controller parameter changes on DFIG stability under the constraints of multiple stability conditions,as well as the suitable range of power grid short-circuit ratio for HC-DFIG and CC-DFIG control strategies.The alternate switching between the two strategies was designed to improve the stability of DFIG grid connection.Finally,it is verified by simulation and experiment.
