摘 要:目的探讨基于知信行理论的多学科干预模式对提高脑瘫患儿照顾者参与家庭康复训练依从性的影响。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2019年7月至11月沈阳市某三级儿童医院康复医学科收治的脑瘫患儿及其主要照顾者组成的家庭单位80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组以医护人员单向输入知识为主的常规方法进行健康教育;观察组在常规健康教育的基础上,以知信行理论为导向进行多学科协作式健康教育和专科指导。在干预前和干预12 w后采用自行设计的患儿照顾者参与式康复训练知信行(KAP)水平问卷对两组患儿照顾者的知识、技能、信念及行为水平进行调查和评价。结果干预后,观察组患儿照顾者的知识、技能、信念和行为维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于知信行理论的多学科干预模式,能够提高脑瘫患儿照顾者的相关知识、康复技能及参与家庭康复训练的依从性。Objective To explore the impact of a multidisciplinary intervention model based on the knowing,believing,acting theory on improving caregivers'compliance in participating in home rehabilitation training for children with cerebral palsy.Methods Using the convenience sampling method,80 cases of children with cerebral palsy and their primary caregivers were admitted to this hospital from July to November 2019 were selected as a family unit and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 40 cases in each group.In the control group,health education was conducted by the conventional method of one-way knowledge input by nursing staff;in the observation group,on the basis of conventional health education,multidisciplinary collaborative health education and specialist guidance were conducted based on the theory of knowledge,belief and action.The knowledge,skills,beliefs and behaviors of the caregivers of the two groups were investigated and evaluated before and 12 w after the intervention using the self-designed Knowing,Believing and Acting(KAP)level questionnaire for the caregivers of the children.Results After the intervention,the knowledge,skills,beliefs and behavioral dimensions of the caregivers of the children in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Multidisciplinary intervention model based on knowing,believing,acting theory can improve the related knowledge,rehabilitation skills and compliance of caregivers of children with cerebral palsy to participate in family rehabilitation training.
