摘　　要：Coolselector 2被广泛用于制冷系统的管道选型中。除二氧化碳跨临界系统外,该软件的计算过程均是基于单级循环进行的。因此,直接输入运行工况的方法并不适用于带经济器的制冷系统的设计。本文以一个带闪发式经济器的R717泵供液制冷系统的管道选型为例,提出了Coolselector 2在带经济器的制冷系统的设计过程中的正确使用方法,并对不同管道的选型原则做了描述。Coolselector 2 is widely used in the pipeline selection of refrigeration system. The most neglected point is that the calculation process of this software is based on single-stage refrigeration cycle except for carbon dioxide transcritical refrigeration system. Therefore, the method of directly inputting operating conditions is not applicable to the design of refrigeration system with economizer. Taking the pipe selection of a R717 pump liquid supply refrigeration system with flash economizer as an example,this paper presents the correct use method of coolselector2 in the design process of the refrigeration system with economizer, and describes the selection principles of different pipes in the refrigeration system.
