摘  要:针对现有电涌保护器(SPD)匹配方式安全性低的问题,开展架空线低压系统SPD的匹配与安全性研究。在分析雷电流和SPD的理论模型的基础上,设计了气体放电管、压敏电阻和瞬态电压抑制器3种元件的3种匹配方式。并详细推导了每种匹配方式下的电感取值,以确保低压设备的安全。基于IGGS系统和EMTP仿真平台对所提匹配方式的安全性进行测试,结果表明,当两级电感值取为46.2μH和41.6μH时,三级SPD匹配方式能够有效将电涌抑制到安全的水平。且SPD间应保持1 m~20 m的线路距离,以提高低压系统防雷的性能。Aiming at the problem that the safety of the existing SPD matching mode is not high, research on the matching and safety of SPD in overhead line low-voltage system is carried out. Based on the analysis of the theoretical model of lightning current and SPD, three matching modes of gas discharge tube, varistor and transient voltage suppressor are designed, and the inductance value of each matching mode is deduced in detail to ensure the safety of low-voltage equipment. Based on the IGGS system and EMTP simulation platform, the security of the proposed matching mode is tested. The results show that when the two-stage inductance values are 46.2 μH and 41.6 μH, the three-stage SPD matching mode can effectively suppress the surge to a safe level, and the SPD should maintain a distance of 1 m ~20 m to improve the lightning protection performance of high and low-voltage systems.
