摘 要:我国中低压配电网多采用中性点不接地系统及谐振接地系统,发生单相接地故障时易引起弧光过电压及扩大事故,有效处理配网单相接地故障接地点电弧是配网安全稳定运行的基础。本研究针对消弧线圈、转移接地开关、消弧线圈+转移接地开关3种熄弧技术分别建立10 kV配电网单相稳定接地及弧光接地故障数值计算模型。设置不同故障点过渡电阻、不同故障相的间歇性电弧故障、不同出线结构等故障条件,对比各熄弧方法下的故障点电流及转移接地相电流,分析3种熄弧方法的熄弧效果。结果表明:消弧线圈在出线结构不同(增设电缆线路)时,熄弧效果不理想;转移接地开关能够有效熄灭除低过渡电阻外任意故障条件下的电弧,但转移接地相电流过大;消弧线圈+转移接地开关技术在任意故障条件下熄弧效果均较为理想。Neutral point ungrounded systems and resonance grounding systems are widely usedin medium and lowvoltage power distribution networks in China. When a single-phase ground fault occurs, it is easy to cause arc overvoltage and expand accidents. Effectively dealing with the single-phase ground fault of the distribution network and the grounding point arc is the basis of safe and stable operation of distribution network. Theauthor establishes the numerical calculation models of single-phase stable grounding and arc grounding faults in 10 kV distribution network for three arc extinguishing technologies of arc suppression coil, transfer grounding switch, arc suppression coil + transfer grounding switch. Set the transition resistance of different fault points, intermittent arc faults of different fault phases, and different outgoing structure fault conditions;compare the fault point currents and transfer ground phase currents under various arc extinguishing methods, and analyze the arc extinguishing effects of the three arc extinguishing methods. The results show that the arc extinguishing effect of the arc suppression coil is not ideal when the outlet structure is different(addition of cable lines);the transfer grounding switch can effectively extinguish the arc under any fault conditions except for low transition resistance, but the transfer grounding phase current is too large;Arc coil + transfer grounding switch technology has ideal arc extinguishing effect under any fault conditions.
