摘 要:绝缘子污秽度受到多种因素的影响,其中大气污染物的影响最为显著和直接。在实际运行中,由于绝缘子本身的属性、形状特点以及气候等因素的影响,绝缘子表面的污秽积累过程较为复杂。不同的伞形结构不仅会影响绝缘子周围的流场,也会由于不同的角度、距离、排列方式等受到不同的重力影响、产生不同的遮挡效果等。笔者利用仿真试验研究了风力作用下支柱绝缘子不同形状对于积污量的影响,通过对不同形状参数的支柱绝缘子进行流体力学仿真,对于在颗粒物受到水平风力时不同形状绝缘子的积污规律展开研究。研究发现,在水平风力作用下,随着绝缘子芯体直径和伞伸出的增大,污秽颗粒的单位面积碰撞速率会先下降后上升,伞裙尺寸对表面碰撞率的影响不仅来自于绝缘子周围流场的差异,还跟伞裙之间的遮挡有关。研究结果对解释支柱绝缘子的积污特性有一定意义。The pollution degree of an insulator is affected by many factors, among which the influence of air pollutants is the most obvious and direct one. In practical operation, it is not easy to grasp the characteristics of the pollution accumulation process on the insulator surface due to the influence of the insulator′s properties, shape characteristics, climate and other factors. Different umbrella structures will not only affect the flow field around the insulator, but also produce different shielding effects due to different angles, distances, arrangements and other influences of gravity. The influence of different shapes of post insulators on the pollution amount under the action of wind force is studied by simulation experiment. Through the hydromechanical simulation of post insulators with different shape parameters, the pollution law of post insulators with different shapes when the particulate matter is subjected to horizontal wind force is studied. The test results show the influence of factors such as the diameter of the insulator core rod, umbrella spacing and skirt size on the flow field around the post insulator, thus resulting in the difference in the surface pollution characteristics of the insulator. The research results are of great significance for the interpretation of the pollution characteristics of the post insulator.
