摘  要:喀斯特山地垭口地区地形特殊,气候复杂,运行于该地区的线路复合绝缘子老化更为严重,有必要开展专门的运行性能测试和状态评估。对4支运行于喀斯特山地垭口处的±500 kV直流棒形悬式复合绝缘子进行了试验研究,主要包括污秽度测量、憎水性测试、伞裙性能测试、水煮及陡波试验、工频电压试验、带护套芯棒水扩散试验、密封性能试验、机械破坏性试验等。研究结果表明,运行8年的直流复合绝缘子的伞裙材料性能、电气性能仍保持良好,但受山地垭口地区高风速的影响,绝缘子存在应力疲劳现象,表现为机械性能出现一定降低,且伞裙老化程度加剧。本研究结果可以对南方地区喀斯特山地垭口处复合绝缘子差异化运维提供一定参考。The karst mountain col area has a special terrain and complex climate, and the composite insulators in the area are aging more seriously. It is necessary to carry out special operational performance tests and condition assessments. Four ±500 kV DC rod-shaped suspension composite insulators operating at the karst mountain col were tested, including pollution measurement, hydrophobicity test, umbrella shed performance test, boiled and steep wave test, power frequency voltage test, water diffusion test of sheathed mandrel, sealing performance test, mechanical destructive test, etc. The results show that the material and electrical properties of the umbrella shed of the DC composite insulator that has been in operation for 8 years are still good. However, due to the high wind speed in the mountain col area, the insulator suffers from stress fatigue, which is shown by a certain decrease in mechanical properties and an increased aging degree of umbrella shed. The results provide an important reference for the differentiated operation and maintenance of composite insulators running in the karst mountain col areas of southern China.
