摘  要:非调质钢F40MnVS主要用于代替部分合金结构钢,制造连杆、销轴等零部件。棒材非调质钢F40MnVS生产中采用了合适的控轧控冷工艺,对轧后棒材能有相当明显的提升。F40MnVS非调质钢生产中,采用穿水冷却控制返红温度和上冷床温度,棒材上冷床后采用快速空冷工艺,可以有效控制最终轧态组织中珠光体或铁素体含量,细化轧后棒材晶粒,从而提高热轧态棒材的各项性能。通过数次控轧控冷工艺生产实践,改善了非调质钢组织形态,提高了非调质钢的关键性能。Micro-alloy bar F40MnVS is used to replace alloy structural steel to manufacture connecting rod,pin and other parts.In the production of bar F40MnVS,a suitable controlled cooling and controlled rolling process is adopted,and the properties of round bar have been improved.Water box cooling is used to control self-tempering temperature and cooling bed temperature etc.After the bar put on the cooling bed,a rapid air cooling process is applied to it,which can increase the pearlite or ferrite in the final bar,refine the grain size of round bar and increase the properties of the hot-rolled bar.Through several production practices of controlled cooling and controlled rolling process,we have improved the structure and key properties of Non Quenched and Tempered steel F40MnVS.
