摘　　要：冷轧钢卷一般采用气相防锈纸-塑料膜的双层包装方式进行包装,以保护产品在出口海运等长期储运过程中不发生锈蚀,但同时存在包装成本高、效率低、需要更多操作人员实施等问题。本文通过体现高温高湿、温度交替变化等环境条件下的加速腐蚀试验,对防锈纸单层包装、防锈纸-塑料膜双层包装和阻隔型防锈纸单层包装进行了防锈保护效果对比,同时对相应包装材料和方式的水蒸气透过量进行了检测,研究了一层防锈纸替代现有纸膜双层包装的简化防锈包装方式可行性。研究结果表明,阻隔型防锈纸的保护效果达到了纸膜双层包装水平,并且对水蒸气的阻隔性不低于双层包装,从技术角度可以实现包装方式简化。TCold rolled steel coils are generally packaged with volatile corrosion inhibitor treated paper(VCI paper)and plastic film,so as to protect the products from corrosion in the longterm storage and transportation process such as,export and shipping.But there are some problems,such as high packaging cost,low efficiency and more operators.To study the feasibility of the simplified rustproof packaging with one layer of VCI paper,the antirust protection effects of VCI paper single-layer packaging,VCI paper and plastic film double-layer packaging and barrier VCI paper single-layer packaging were compared through the accelerated corrosion test under the high temperature,high humidity and alternating temperature.At the same time,the water vapor transmission of corresponding packaging materials is tested.The results show that the protective effect of barrier antirust paper reaches the level of double-layer packaging,and the barrier to water vapor is no less than double-layer packaging.From a technical point of view,the rustproof packaging method can be simplified.
