摘  要:阳极炭块作为电解铝主要的导电材料,参与电化学反应,其质量直接影响电解铝生产成本,对铝电解槽电流效率、电能消耗、原铝产品等级影响很大。为了进一步降低阳极炭块的生产成本,结合生产实际将原有阳极炭块中掺配20%以内比例残极调整为掺配30%比例残极,为进一步验证使用效果,将1900块掺配30%残极的阳极炭块组装好后由电解一车间三工区进行试用试验,试验时间为2个月。通过本次试验可知,使用掺配30%残极的阳极炭块会导致阳极导电性能差、原铝质量下滑、掉渣严重、电流效率降低及增加生产成本。As the main conductive material of electrolytic aluminum,anode carbon block participates in electrochemical reaction.Its quality directly affects the production cost of electrolytic aluminum,and has a great impact on the current efficiency,power consumption and raw aluminum product grade of aluminum reduction cell.To reduce the production cost of anode carbon block,the proportion of residual electrode mixed with less than 20%in the original anode carbon block is adjusted to 30%residual electrode.To verify the use effect,1900 anode carbon blocks mixed with 30%residual electrode are assembled and tested in the third work area of electrolysis workshop for 2 months.Through this experiment,the use of anode carbon block mixed with 30%residual electrode will lead to poor anode conductivity,decline of raw aluminum quality,serious slag dropping,reduction of current efficiency and increase production cost.
