摘 要:某结构要求合金铸铁件有较高的抗弯性能、硬度和挠度。从含Cu灰铸铁的熔炼元素配比、碳当量预控以及冷却方式进行了对比试验。结果表明,与普通灰铸铁相比,含Cu量1.50wt%~2.00wt%的合金铸铁强度提高;碳当量为3.53%时可得到硬度一致性好的铸件;对于棒形毛坯,浇注时采用凉壳不填砂及浇注后间隔冷却方式,可获得抗弯强度高的HTCu1.8合金铸铁件。A certain structure requires high bending resistance, hardness and deflection of alloy cast iron. Comparative experiments were carried out on melting element ratio, pre-control of carbon equivalent and cooling method of Cu gray cast iron. The results show that the strength of alloy cast iron with Cu content of 1.50%-2.00 wt% is improved compared with that of ordinary gray cast iron;when the carbon equivalent is 3.53%, castings with good hardness consistency can be obtained;for bar blank, HTCu1.8 alloy cast iron with high bending strength can be obtained by cooling shell without sand filling and interval cooling after pouring.
