摘  要:采用三维轮廓显微镜和扫描电子显微镜观察了冷轧镀锡原板表面微观形貌。通过四球极压试验机测试了两种轧制润滑油的摩擦学性能。研究发现,轧后板面划伤和条状色差与冷轧辊缝润滑效果有关。现场控制规范如下:使用油膜强度高的轧制油,3号乳化液槽质量浓度为(4.5±0.8)%,乳化液中铁粉含量不大于400×10,第4架轧机的压下率为30%~35%,第5架轧机的压下率为27%~33%,第5架轧机工作辊表面粗糙度为0.4~0.6μm。采用该优化润滑工艺后,板面划伤和条状色差明显减少。The micro-morphologies of the cold-rolled uncoated tinplate surface was observed by means of three-dimensional profile microscope and scanning electronic microscope. Fricological properties of the two rolled lubricating oils were tested by a four-ball extreme pressure tester. The results show that the linear chromatism and scratches of cold-rolled uncoated tinplate base are related to the lubrication effect of cold roll gap area. The specifications used in working site are as follows: use rolling oil with high film strength, concentration(mass fraction) of(4.5 ±0.8)% for tank No.3, content of iron powder is not greater than 400×10, the reduction rate of 4th mill is 30%-35%, the reduction rate of 5th mill is 27%-33%, the work roll surface roughness of the 5th mill is 0.4-0.6 μm. The linear chromatism and scratches on the uncoated tinplate have been reduced obviously by the use of the optimized lubrication process.
