摘 要:在实验室条件下研究了两种卷取温度(560、700℃)对热轧双面搪瓷用钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明:在低卷取温度下,实验钢局部组织出现了贝氏体,且析出粒子呈现相间析出,尺寸以<10 nm为主;在高温卷取温度下,实验钢组织呈现均匀铁素体,析出粒子呈现弥散分布,尺寸以5~20 nm为主。在两种卷取温度下,实验钢强度相差不大,屈服强度在558~574 MPa,抗拉强度在662~665 MPa,但高温下实验钢伸长率更好。当实验钢经过两次搪烧后,屈服强度降低至359~374 MPa,抗拉强度降低至440~447 MPa,伸长率提升至38.5%。高卷取温度的实验钢具有更高的氢渗透时间,且经过搪烧后钢板氢渗透时间明显降低,两种实验钢经过双面涂搪后均未出现鳞爆现象。The effects of two coiling temperatures(560,700℃) on the microstructure and properties of hot-rolled double-sided enamelled steel were studied under laboratory conditions. The results show that the bainite appears in the local structure of the experimental steel at low coiling temperature, and the precipitated particles show interphase precipitation, and the size is mainly <10 nm. While rolled at high coiling temperature, the microstructure of the experimental steel is uniform ferrite and the precipitated particles are dispersed, and the size is mainly 5-20 nm. There is little difference of strength of the experimental steels at the two coiling temperatures, the yield strength is 558-574 MPa, the tensile strength is 662-665 MPa, but the experimental steel has higher elongation at high temperature. When the experimental steel is enamelled twice, the yield strength decreases to 359-374 MPa, the tensile strength decreases to 440-447 MPa, and the elongation increases to 38.5%. The high coiling temperature experimental steel has higher hydrogen permeation time, and the hydrogen permeation time of the steel plate is significantly reduced after enameling. There is no scale explosion in the two experimental steels after double-sided enamelling.
