集尘装置冷却器焊接工艺研究

摘  要:集尘装置冷却器主要由10 mm厚的支架板和φ18 mm×1.5 mm的钢管焊接而成,其材料均为06Cr19Ni10不锈钢。冷却器焊接的重点、难点在于由于支架板较厚而管壁厚较薄,焊接参数如选择不合适或操作方式不恰当,易产生不锈钢管烧穿或冷却器支架板焊不透等现象。对06Cr19Ni10不锈钢进行了焊接性分析,为保证焊缝的熔透性,在不锈钢支架板一侧增加2×45°坡口。焊前对待焊位置及周围彻底清理干净。先在开坡口侧进行点焊定位,然后采用较低的线能量进行TIG焊,即小电流、低电压及不摆动。焊后对焊缝进行了泄露性试验。结果表明,焊缝均不泄漏,焊缝外观成型美观,焊缝质量合格。The dust collector cooler is mainly made of 10 mm thick support plate and φ18 mm×1.5 mm steel tube, and the materials are 06Cr19Ni10 stainless steel. The key point and difficulty of the cooler welding is that improper welding parameters or unappropriate operation mode easily causes the stainless steel tube burned through or the cooler support plate not welded through and so on due to thick support plate and thin pipe. The weldability of 06Cr19Ni10 stainless steel was analyzed. In order to guarantee weld penetration, the groove with 2×45° was designed at one side of the support plate. Clean the position to be welded and its surroundings thoroughly before welding. Firstly, spot welding positioning at the side of the groove was carried out, then adopt TIG welding with low line energy, that is small current, low voltage and no-swing. After welding, the leakage test of the welds was carried out. The results show that there is no leakage of the welds. The appearance of the welds is beautiful and the quality of the welds is up to standard.
