摘　　要：监管科技是近年来金融领域的热点问题。传统中心化金融监管由中心化账户体系构建而成,依赖事前审批和事后惩罚;嵌入式监管在降中心化、信任化环境中运行,具有高效、透明、安全的特征,为解决传统金融监管的滞后性提供了突破口与创新方向。本文明晰了嵌入式监管的相关概念和理论基础,在此基础上构建延时■嵌入式监管模型,分析延时嵌入式监管的可行性。相关研究可促进金融学领域的科学探索与方法创新,丰富中国金融学学科体系与知识体系,也可为现实金融监管创新提供决策参考。Traditional centralized financial supervision is constructed by centralized account system,which relies on preapproval and post-punishment,and has significant negative social externalities.Embedded supervision operates on the basis of consensus mechanism in a decentralized and trust-based environment,and has the characteristics of efficiency,transparency and security,which provides a breakthrough and innovation direction for solving the lag of traditional financial regulation.This paper clarifies the related concepts and theoretical basis of embedded supervision,builds a game model of embedded supervision,and analyzes the feasibility of delayed embedded supervision.Relevant studies can promote scientific exploration and method innovation in finance field,enrich the discipline system and knowledge system of finance in China,and also provide reference for decision-making of social governance in reality.
