摘 要:MYB(v-myb avian myeloblastosis viral oncogene homolog)是近年来发现的参与调控植物生长发育、生理代谢和响应逆境等的一类重要转录因子。为了探究MYB转录因子家族在罗布麻中的功能,本研究基于罗布麻第二代和第三代转录组测序数据,共查找到57条MYB基因,其氨基酸数目介于88~1088,分子量大小介于10.45~121.49 kD,保守结构域分为1R-MYB和R2/R3-MYB两个亚类;经理化性质分析发现,罗布麻MYB转录因子家族蛋白均为亲水性蛋白,并具有较高的热稳定性;由保守基序分析发现,不同MYB转录因子包含的保守基序的数目不同,数目介于1~5;经高级结构预测发现,MYB转录因子家族蛋白以α-螺旋和无规则卷曲结构为主;由系统进化树发现,罗布麻MYB序列在进化上可分为18个小类,根据与罗布麻具有很高的同源性的拟南芥R2/R3-MYB亚族的功能,可以预测罗布麻MYB基因的功能。MYB(v-myb avian myeloblastosis viral oncogene homolog)is an important transcription factor discovered in recent years that participates in the regulation of plant growth and development,physiological metabolism,and response to stress.In order to explore the function of MYB transcription factor family in Apocynum venetum,this study was based on the second and third generation transcriptome sequencing data of Apocynum venetum.A total of 57 MYB genes were found,with the number of amino acids ranging from 88 to 1088 and molecular weight.The size ranges from 10.45 to 121.49 kD,and the conserved domains are divided into two subtypes:1R-MYB and R2/R3-MYB;analysis of the managerial properties found that the proteins of the Apocynum MYB transcription factor family are all hydrophilic proteins and have high thermal stability;analysis of conservative motifs found that the number of conservative motifs contained in different MYB transcription factors is different,the number is between 1 and 5.According to high-level structure prediction,it is found that the MYB transcription factor family proteins areα-helix and random coil structures are the main ones;discovered by the phylogenetic tree,the MYB sequence of Apocynum venetum can be divided into 18 sub-categories in evolution.According to the Arabidopsis thaliana R2/R3-MYB which has high homology with Apocynum venetum.The function of subfamily can predict the function of Apocynum venetum MYB gene.
