摘  要:‘慈杂13号’是新育成的高衣分陆地棉品种。为探究其高衣分性状的生理生化基础,我们以不同衣分含量的‘慈杂13号’,‘中棉所12号’和陆地棉标准系TM-1为试验材料,研究了胚珠与纤维中的植物激素(IAA,GA和ABA),可溶性糖含量(蔗糖,果糖和葡萄糖)和糖代谢相关酶活性(酸性转化酶,蔗糖合成酶和蔗糖磷酸合成酶)的动态变化,同时也研究了这些生理生化指标与衣分之间的关系。结果表明,‘慈杂13号’的胚珠和纤维在棉纤维发育的起始和伸长阶段具有较高的IAA,GA含量和较低的ABA含量以及更为活跃的糖代谢生理过程。这可能促进了棉纤维细胞的起始与伸长,从而使得‘慈杂13号’具有高衣分性状。’Ciza13’is a newly bred upland cotton variety with high lint percentage.In order to explore the physiological and biochemical basis of its high lint percentage traits,’Ciza13’,’Zhongmian12’and upland cotton standard line TM-1 with different lint percentage were used as test material.We studied the dynamic changes of plant hormones(IAA,GAand ABA),soluble sugar content(sucrose,fructose and glucose)and sugar metabolism-related enzyme activities(acid invertase,sucrose synthase and sucrose phosphate synthase)in ovules and fibers.We also studied the relationship between these physiological and biochemical traits and lint percentage.The results showed that the the ovule and fiber of’Ciza13’had higher IAA,GA,lower ABA contents and more active physiological processes of glucose metabolism during the initial and elongation stages of cotton fiber development.These may promote the initiation and elongation of cotton fiber cells so that’Ciza13’has high lint percentage traits.
