摘 要:为在弱光照环境下培育蔬菜壮苗,在冬季温室大棚内进行高效、节能的LED补光。本试验以甘蓝品种‘京丰1号’为试材,研究不同LED补光时长(CK:0 h/d;T1:3 h/d;T2:6 h/d;T3;9 h/d;T4:12 h/d)对甘蓝幼苗内源激素的影响,为弱光环境下甘蓝壮苗培育的最佳LED补光时长筛选提供理论依据。结果表明,LED补光后,均能促进甘蓝幼苗的植株生长,其中以T2处理的株高和叶面积增长最高,其次为T3。LED补光后,显著提高了GAs、tZ、ICA、JA、MEJA、H_(2)JA、SA含量,以T3处理效果最佳,其次为T2。经LED补光处理,显著降低了ME-IAA、IAA含量,以T2下降最明显。显著提高了ABA含量,但是在GA/ABA(ACC)、ICA/ABA(ACC)、MEJA/ABA(ACC)、tZ/ABA(ACC)等的比值中,仍是以T3、T2处理的比值显著高于对照及其他处理。因此,本研究认为,经LED补光显著促进甘蓝幼苗生长及提高植株抗性,以6~9 h/d为宜,该结果可为实际生产应用提供参考依据。In order to cultivate vegetable seedlings under low light environment,high efficiency and energy saving LED lighting is carried out in the greenhouse in winter.In this experiment,cabbage variety’Jingfeng No.1’was used as the test material,and to study the effects of different LED lighting duration(CK:0 h/d;T1:3 h/d;T2:6 h/d;the effect of T3:9 h/d and T4:12 h/d)on the endogenous hormone of cabbage seedlings,so as to provides theoretical basis for the selection of the best LED lighting duration for the cultivation of cabbage seedlings under low light environment.The results showed that LED supplementation could promote the growth of cabbage seedlings,among which T2 treatment had the highest growth in plant height and leaf area,followed by T3.After LED lighting,GAs,tZ,ICA,JA,MEJA,H_(2)JA and SA contents were significantly increased.T3 had the best treatment effect,followed by T2.After LED light supplementation,me-IAA and IAA contents were significantly reduced,with T2 being the most obvious decrease.ABA content was significantly increased,but in GA/ABA(ACC),ICA/ABA(ACC),MEJA/ABA(ACC),tZ/ABA(ACC)and other ratios,the ratios of T3 and T2 treatments were still significantly higher than those of control and other treatments.Therefore,this study believes that LED supplementing light significantly promotes the growth of seedlings,and 6~9 h/d is appropriate,which can provide a reference for practical production and application.
