摘 要:为明确内源激素对不同出叶类型石蒜属植物生长进程的影响,本研究以秋出叶忽地笑(Lycoris aurea)、春出叶中国石蒜(Lycoris chinensis)为供试材料,采用酶联免疫法(ELISA),测定不同生长发育期中内源激素的含量,并分析其比值变化。结果表明,2种石蒜在叶期ABA含量最低,夏季休眠期ABA增至峰值,后回落;GA、ZR、IAA含量叶期较高,夏季休眠期降至峰底,后上升;内源激素GA/ABA、IAA/ABA、ZR/ABA比值成显著正相关,夏季休眠期均降至峰底。高浓度的ABA与较低水平ZR、GA、IAA以及低比值的GA/ABA、IAA/ABA、ZR/ABA利于2种石蒜解除夏季休眠及花芽分化,对2种石蒜开花起着正向调控作用。2种生长节律差别较大的石蒜,内源激素的含量及其比值的变化趋势相似,中国石蒜含量的峰值及峰底早于忽地笑,故花期早于忽地笑,且中国石蒜夏季休眠解除时间早于忽地笑;内源激素对叶生长的调节作用较小,而对花期调节作用更大。研究结果为揭示不同内源激素对石蒜属植物生长发育的影响提供了理论依据。In order to determine the effect of endogenous hormones on the growth process of Lycoris with different leaf type,Lycoris aurea and Lycoris chinensis were taken as materials.Taking ELISA,the content of endogenous hormones and the changes of their ratios in different growth periods were measured.The results showed that the content of ABA of the 2 Lycoris was the lowest in the leaf stage,and the content of ABA increased to the peak,then decreased in the summer dormant period.The content of GA,ZR and IAA was higher in the leaf stage,and fell to the bottom of the peak,then increased in the summer dormant period.The endogenous hormone GA/ABA,IAA/ABA and ZR/ABA were significantly positive,and fell to the bottom of the peak in the summer dormant period.The high concentration of ABA and low level of ZR,GA,IAA and low ratio GA/ABA,IAA/ABA and ZR/ABA were beneficial to 2 kinds of Lycoris to relieve summer dormancy and flower bud differentiation,and play a positive role in regulating the flowering of 2 species of Lycoris.The contents of endogenous hormone sand their ratios are similar in the 2 different growth rhythm of Lycoris.The peak and the bottom of the content of endogenous hormones Lycoris chinensis were earlier than that of Lycoris aurea,so the flowering period is earlier than the Lycoris aurea,and the summer dormant period release time of Lycoris chinensis is earlier than that of Lycoris aurea.The endogenous hormones had less effect on leaf growth and more effect on flowering.The results provide a theoretical basis for revealing the growth and development of Lycoris plants with different endogenous hormones.
