摘  要:为了评价不同火龙果种质资源果实营养品质差异,对16份火龙果种质资源果实形态指标和内在品质指标进行测定和分析,并利用隶属函数值法对16份火龙果种质资源果实品质进行综合评价。结果表明:16份火龙果的果实形态指标间存在显著差异,说明火龙果种质资源果实形态存在丰富的表型变异。部分内在品质指标在一些火龙果种质资源间的含量存在显著差异。隶属函数分析表明16份种质资源的平均隶属函数值在0.365~0.670,相差0.305,说明不同火龙果种质资源果实品质之间存在较大差异。To identify the nutritional quality difference of different pitaya germplasm resources,the fruit morphological characteristics and internal quality of 16 pitaya germplasms were measured,the membership function analysis was used to evaluate the fruit quality of 16 pitaya germplasms.The results showed that the fruit morphological characteristics had significant differences among different individuals,which indicated the phenotypic variation of fruit morphological was extremely.There were significant differences in some intrinsic quality indexes among some pitaya germplasm resources.The membership function analysis showed that the average membership value of the 16 quality traits were in the rage of 0.365 and 0.670,with a difference of 0.305,indicating that there were significant different in fruit quality among different pitaya germplasms.
