摘　　要：近年来,支气管镜介入诊疗技术已成为呼吸系统疾病诊治的重要方法。随着该技术的广泛开展,与之相关的并发症亦时有发生。常见的并发症可分为创伤性和非创伤性两种,其中创伤性并发症包括大出血、气胸、气管或支气管撕裂伤、气管穿孔和食管气管瘘、气道阻塞、口咽结构及声带的损伤;非创伤性并发症包括喉痉挛与喉水肿、气管或支气管痉挛、术后发热、心律失常、麻醉相关并发症、脑血管意外、空气栓塞。严重并发症的发生率虽然不高,但一旦发生,会对患者造成严重的影响。如何避免和处理这些并发症应被临床医生高度重视。Bronchoscopy has become an important diagnosis and treatment method for respiratory diseases in recent years.The complications related to bronchoscopy also occur in practice and they can be traumatic and non-traumatic.The traumatic complications include massive hemorrhage,pneumothorax,tracheobronchial laceration,tracheobronchial perforation and esophagotracheal fistula,airway obstruction,oropharyngeal structure and vocal cord injury;the nontraumatic complications include laryngospasm and laryngeal edema,tracheal and bronchial spasm,postoperative fever,arrhythmia,anesthesia-related complications,cerebrovascular accident and air embolism.Although the incidence of serious complications is not high,but they could have serious impact on patients once they occur.Knowledge on how to avoid and deal with these complications is definitely important for clinicians.
