摘 要:本文提出了一种基于可变电容的低频可调谐的双频去耦天线结构,能够实现低频可调谐去耦和高频固定频段去耦。本设计双天线结构为一对F型天线,为满足小尺寸的需求,两天线之间近距离放置。然而天线间的耦合导致天线的性能降低。为了提高这两个频段的隔离度,本文应用中和线结构、地板枝节、缺陷地以及0.1-0.7pF的可调谐电容实现了高频6.3GHz去耦和低频3.85-4.63GHz频段的可调谐去耦,并基于该去耦网络设计可调谐阻抗匹配网络。仿真结果表明,该设计可实现双频段上的S_(11)参数低于-10dB、S参数低于-6dB的目标。In this paper, a low-frequency tunable dual-frequency antenna structure based on variable capacitance is proposed, which can realize low-frequency tunable decoupling and high-frequency decoupling. The dual-antenna structure in this design is a pair of F-type antennas. In order to meet the needs of small size, the two antennas are placed close together. However, the coupling between antennas leads to the performance degradation of antennas. In order to improve the isolation of these two frequency bands, the high frequency 6.3 GHz decoupling and the low frequency 3.85-4.63 GHz frequency band tunable decoupling are realized by using the neutralization line structure, the grounded branch, the defected ground structure, and the tunable capacitor of 0.1-0.7 pF. After the decoupling structure is determined, and the tunable impedance matching network is designed based on the decoupling network. The simulation results show that this design achieves the goal of Sparameter lower than -10 dB and S_(11)parameter lower than -6 dB in the decoupling frequency band.
