疫情常态化下山东省泰安市某医院医护人员心理应激障碍状况及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解山东省泰安市某医院临床医务人员在疫情常态化下的心理应激障碍状况及其影响因素,为下一步的心理干预提供理论支持及指导。方法采用一般情况调查表和心理健康自评量表(SRQ-20),对山东第一医科大学第二附属医院的1520名医护人员进行问卷调查研究,并对结果进行分析。结果1520名医护人员中外科科室占40.13%,初级职称占44.87%,本科学历占41.84%,年龄41~50岁占35.39%,已婚占71.18%。疫情常态化下,泰安市某医院临床医务人员心理障碍发生率为15.32%。心理障碍组中受疫情影响困扰的高达60.52%,非心理障碍组中占27.27%,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。工作部门、职称、学历、婚姻状况是心理应激障碍的主要影响因素(P<0.01)。logistic回归分析结果显示随疫情常态化影响的加重,医护人员出现心理应激障碍的数量逐渐增加(P<0.01)。结论疫情常态化下泰安市某医院临床医务人员存在较明显的心理应激障碍,工作部门、职称、学历、婚姻状况是发生心理应激障碍的主要影响因素。Objective To understand the status and influencing factors of psychological stress disorder of clinical medical staff in Tai’an city under the normalization of epidemic situation,so as to provide theoretical support and guidance for the next psychological intervention.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1520 medical and nursing staff in the second affiliated hospital of Shandong first medical university in Tai’an city by using the general situation questionnaire and self rating mental health scale(SRQ-20),and the results were analyzed.Results Among the 1520 clinical medical staff,staff in surgical departments accounted for 40.13%,people with primary professional titles accounted for 44.87%,people with undergraduate education level accounted for 41.84%,staff aged 41-50 years old accounted for 35.39%,and married people accounted for 71.18%.Under the normalization of the epidemic situation,the incidence of psychological disorders among clinical medical staff in Tai’an city was 15.32%.60.52%of the psychological disorder group were affected by the epidemic,and 27.27%of the non psychological disorder group.There was significant difference between the 2 groups in the impact of epidemic normalization on the mental health of clinical medical staff(P<0.01).Work department,professional title,educational background and marital status were the main influencing factors of psychological stress disorder(P<0.01).Logistic regression analysis showed that with the aggravation of the normalization of the epidemic,the number of medical staff with psychological stress disorder gradually increased(P<0.01).Conclusion Under the normalization of epidemic situation,clinical medical staff in Tai’an city have obvious psychological stress disorder,and the working department,professional title,educational background and marital status are the main influencing factors of psychological stress disorder.
