摘　　要：目的分析2016-2020年山东省泰安市泰山区的艾滋病检测结果,为艾滋病防制工作提供依据。方法对2016-2020年山东省泰安市泰山区艾滋病筛查实验室检测的术前患者、孕产妇、受血及血制品患者等9类人群的艾滋病病毒(HIV)抗体检测资料进行分析。结果2016-2020年累计检测9类人群1146791人,HIV抗体阳性332例,阳性率为0.29‰,各年间呈平稳趋势。阳性率排前三位的样本来源是自愿检测咨询检测16.06‰(95/5917)、性病门诊就诊2.02‰(34/16873)、其他羁押人员体检0.70‰(3/4307)。2016-2020年共发现现住址在山东省泰安市泰山区的HIV/AIDS患者117例,男性占94.02%(110例)、女性占5.98%(7例),20~49岁占80.34%(94例)。异性传播占48.72%(57例),同性传播占44.44%(52例)。结论2016-2020年山东省泰安市泰山区艾滋病处于低流行平稳趋势,检出的HIV/AIDS以男性青壮年为主,防制形势仍十分严峻,艾滋病检测和干预力度亟待加强。Objective To analyze the AIDS test results in Taishan district of Tai’an city during 2016-2020,so as to provide basis for the future work of prevention and control.Methods The HIV antibody test data of 9 populations,including preoperative patients,pregnant women,patients receiving blood and blood products and others who receiving AIDS screening laboratory tests in Taishan district of Tai’an city,Shandong province during 2016-2020 were analyzed.Results From 2016 to 2020,a total of 1146791 people from the 9 populations were tested,and 332 cases were HIV antibody positive,with the positive rate of 0.29‰,showing a stable trend during each year.The sample sources with the top 3 positive rates were:voluntary testing,counseling and testing(16.06‰,95/5917),sexually transmitted diseases(STD)clinic attendance 2.02‰(34/16873),and physical examination of other detainees 0.70‰(3/4307).A total of 117 cases of HIV/AIDS with current address in Taishan district,Tai’an city,Shandong province were identified from 2016-2020.Among them,94.02%were male(110 cases),with 94.02%(110 cases)of males and 5.98%(7 cases)of females,and 80.34%(94 cases)of those aged 20-49 years.Heterosexual transmission accounted for 48.72%(57 cases)and homosexual transmission accounted for 44.44%(52 cases).Conclusion From 2016 to 2020,the prevalence of AIDS in Taishan district,Tai’an city,Shandong province is on a stable trend of low prevalence,with HIV/AIDS detected predominantly in young male adults,the prevention and control situation is still very serious,and AIDS testing and intervention needs to be strengthened urgently.
