摘　　要：目的 了解天津市河东区常规免疫接种监测情况,评价常规免疫接种率水平。方法 通过天津市预防接种信息系统收集适龄儿童疫苗接种信息,利用出生率评价、差值(D)、比值(R)和疫苗使用量评价常规免疫接种率。结果 2017-2020年天津市河东区各种疫苗常规免疫报告接种率均为98.16%以上,估算接种率为96.81%~126.97%;D值评价可信的占55.00%,可疑占30.00%,不可信的占15.00%;出生率评价信息系统统计的出生人口数均大于统计局出生数;R值评价结果基本为可信;疫苗使用量评价基本合理。结论 2017-2020年天津市河东区儿童常规免疫接种率总体较高,数据质量较可靠,但仍应加强管理和多部门合作,提高免疫规划工作质量。Objective To understand the status of routine immunization surveillance in Hedong district of Tianjin city, and evaluate the level of routine immunization coverage. Methods The information of children’s vaccination was collected by Tianjin Vaccination Information System,and the routine immunization rate was evaluated by birth rate evaluation, difference D,ratio R and vaccine consumption. Results The reported immunization coverage rates of all kinds of vaccines from 2017 to 2020 were above 98.16%,and the estimated coverage rates were ranged from 96.81% to 126.97%;55.00% of the D values were credible, 30.00% were suspicious and 15.00% were not credible;The number of births in the birth rate evaluation information system was larger than the bureau of statistics;The evaluation result of R value was basically credible;The evaluation of vaccine dosage was basically reasonable. Conclusion Although the routine immunization coverage rate of children in Hedong district is generally high and the data quality is reliable, management and multi-sector cooperation should be strengthened to improve the quality of immunization planning.
