摘　　要：目的 了解2011-2020年山东省淄博市沂源县居民急性冠心病事件发病和死亡情况流行病学特点,为制定防治对策措施、评价干预效果等提供科学依据。方法 收集山东省慢性病监测信息系统中2011-2020年沂源县居民急性冠心病事件发病资料,应用描述性流行病学方法分析其流行病学特征。方法 2011-2020年山东省沂源县急性冠心病事件报告发病人数6 141例,发病率为107.78/10万;死亡4 279例,粗死亡率75.10/10万。男性急性冠心病事件发病率为120.24/10万、死亡率为81.49/10万,女性发病率为94.96/10万、死亡率为68.53/10万,男性急性冠心病事件发病率高于女性(P<0.01)。不同年龄组人群急性冠心病事发病率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),65岁及以上者占总发病人数的70.31%,其中75~84岁发病人数构成比最高,占总发病人数的30.57%。急性心肌梗死是急性冠心病事件监测报告的主要病种,分别占总发病人数的86.21%和总死亡人数的85.70%;冠心病猝死仅占13.79%、14.30%。结论 2011-2020年山东省淄博市沂源县急性冠心病事件发病率和死亡率呈上升趋势,急性心肌梗死是急性冠心病事件监测报告的主要病种,65岁以上人群是疾病防控的重点人群。Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of the incidence and death of acute coronary heart disease among residents in Yiyuan county, Zibo city, Shandong province during 2011-2020,so as to provide scientific basis for formulating preventive measures and evaluating intervention effects. Methods The incidence data of acute coronary heart disease events among residents in Yiyuan county from 2011 to 2020 in Shandong Province Chronic Disease Monitoring Information System were collected, and the epidemiological characteristics were analyzed by descriptive epidemiological methods. Results From 2011 to 2020,a total of 6 141 cases of acute coronary events were reported in Yiyuan county, Shandong province, with an incidence of 107.78/10~5;4 279 deaths were reported, with a crude death rate of 75.10/10~5.The incidence(120.24/10~5) and mortality(81.49/10~5) of acute coronary events were higher in males than in females(94.96/10~5) and mortality(68.53/10~5)(P<0.01).The difference in the incidence of acute coronary events among different age groups was statistically significant(P<0.01),with those aged 65 years and above accounting for 70.31% of the total number of cases, and the highest composition of cases occurred in people aged 75-84 years, accounting for 30.57% of the total number of cases.Acute myocardial infarction was the main type of disease reported for acute coronary events surveillance, accounting for 86.21% of the total number of incidences and 85.70% of the total number of deaths respectively;sudden coronary death accounted for only 13.79% and 14.30%. Conclusion The incidence and mortality rates of acute coronary events in Yiyuan county, Zibo city, Shandong province are on the rise from 2011 to 2020.Acute myocardial infarction is the main disease type reported for acute coronary events surveillance, and people over 65 years of age are the key population for disease prevention and control.
