摘 要:目的 了解体力活动对维吾尔族大学生心理资本和身体自尊的干预效果,为改善维吾尔族大学生心理健康水平提供支持。方法 2019年3—7月采用分层整群抽样的方法抽取208名在校维吾尔族大学生进行12周的体力活动干预,干预前后采用体育锻炼等级量表和心理资本量表及身体自尊量表进行调查,并对干预前后结果进行分析。结果 干预后干预组心理资本总分为(99.88±5.39)分,对照组为(93.69±9.58)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);干预后干预组自我效能、希望、韧性和乐观各因子得分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。干预后干预组身体自尊总分为(80.02±5.74)分,高于对照组[(71.63±5.37)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);干预后干预组身体自我价值感、运动技能、身体状况、吸引力和素质各因子得分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。对照组干预前后各因子分及总分比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论 中等强度体力活动对维吾尔族大学生心理资本和身体自尊起到显著的干预效果。Objective To understand the intervention effects of physical activity on the psychological capital and physical selfesteem of Uyghur college students,provide support for improving the mental health of Uyghur college students.Methods From March to July 2019,a stratified cluster sampling method was used to select 208 Uyghur college students inschool for a 12-week physical activity intervention.Before and after the intervention,the physical exercise rating scale,the psychological capital scale and the physical self-esteem scale were used for the investigation,and the results before and after the intervention were analyzed.Results After the intervention,the total score of psychological capital in the intervention group was(99.88±5.39)points,while that in the control group was(93.69±9.58)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After the intervention,the scores of self-efficacy,hope,resilience and optimism factors in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group,and the differenceswere statistically significant(all P<0.05).After the intervention,the total score of physical self-esteem in the intervention group was(80.02±5.74)points,which was higher than that in the control group[(71.63±5.37)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After the intervention,the scores of factors of physical self-worth,motor skills,physical condition,attractiveness and quality in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group,and the differenceswere statistically significant( all P < 0.01).In the control group,there was no statisticallysignificant difference in the scores of each factor and total score between before and after the intervention(all P >0.05).Conclusion The moderateintensity physical activity has a significant intervention effect on the psychological capital and physical self-esteem of Uyghur college students.
