摘　　要：目的 调查和分析不同大学生群体健康常识的现状,探讨对大学生进行符合其认识水平、系统规范的健康教育课程的方法,为综合健康教育模式的开展提供可靠的理论依据。方法 采用自编调查表,于2020年5—9月对645名成都市大学生的健康常识现状进行网络调查,运用SPSS 17.0对数据进行统计分析。结果 日常生活行为方面,性别和年级与日常生活行为呈正相关(B=0.595、0.472,OR=1.813、1.603,均P<0.05)。精神心理状况方面,对大学生活比较满意、表现为正向情绪,能与室友和谐相处的学生分别为61.9%、61.9%和84.7%。学生对预防保健知识的掌握情况良好,对性与生殖健康知识的了解欠缺,其中有6.1%的学生还不能正确认识女性月经,32.1%的学生不清楚避孕药对健康的影响,年级与预防保健、性与生殖健康知识掌握呈正相关(B=1.097,OR=2.995,P<0.05)。97.68%的学生认为有必要在高校开展健康教育课程,其中对基本医药常识和急救知识方面的课程需求最大,分别为83.7%和83.3%。结论 大学生对预防保健知识的掌握情况较好,但日常生活行为、性与生殖健康知识的了解存在较多的问题,并对健康教育的需求迫切。高校应积极引导并对健康教育模式及内容进行合理的改革和扩充。Objective To investigate and analyze the current situation of health common sense in different groups of college students,discuss the methods of systematic and normativehealth education courses for college students that conform to their cognitive level,and provide a reliable theoretical basis for the implementation of comprehensive health education model.Methods Using the self-compiled questionnaire,645 college students in Chengdu City were surveyed online from May to September 2020.SPSS 17.0 was used for the statistical analysis.Results In terms of daily life behavior,the gender and grade were significantly positively correlated with daily living behavior(B=0.595,0.472,OR=1.813,1.603,both P<0.05).In terms of spiritual and psychological conditions,students who are satisfied with college life and show positive emotions and can live in harmony with their roommates accounted for 61.9%,61.9% and 84.7%,respectively.The students had a good grasp of the knowledge of prevention and health care,but lacked knowledge of sexual and reproductive health,of which 6.1% of students were not able to correctly understand female menstruation,and 32.1%were not aware of the health effects of birth control pills.There was significant positive correlation between grade and knowledge of preventive health care,sexual and reproductive health(B =1.097,OR =2.995,P <0.05).97.68% of students considered it is necessary to offer health education courses in colleges and universities.Among them,the courses in basic medical knowledge and first aid knowledge have the greatest demand,accounting for 83.7% and 83.3%,respectively.Conclusion The college studentshave a good grasp of preventive health knowledge,but there are many problems in daily life behavior,sexual and reproductive health knowledge,and they have an urgent need for health education.The colleges and universities should actively guide and reasonably reform and expand the mode and content of health education.
