摘 要:鉴于T264型矿用自卸车质量和装载量都很大,对其双叉臂前悬架的强度、刚度、抗振性均有较高要求。采用CATIA软件建立该悬架系统的简化模型,然后导入ANSYS Workbench对其进行结构静力学分析和模态分析。分析结果显示,T264型矿用自卸车双叉臂前悬架结构具有足够的强度和刚度以及抗振性能,可保证车辆工作过程中的安全性和可靠性。Due to large mass and large loading mass of T264 type mining dump truck,there is considerable requirement for the strength,stiffness and vibration-resistant ability of its front suspension with double fork arm.The simplified model of the suspension system was built by CATIA software,and then introduced into ANSYS Workbench for structural static analysis and modal analysis.The analysis results showed the front suspension with double fork arm of T264 type mining dump truck was of sufficient strength,stiffness and vibration-resistant ability,the safety and reliability of the truck could be guaranteed in the process of operation.
