摘 要:为研究立式螺旋搅拌磨机的关键参数对磨矿介质球运动特性的影响,以立式螺旋搅拌试验磨机为对象,采用离散单元法建立了试验磨机磨矿仿真模型,对磨矿过程中的介质球速度、介质球碰撞力、介质球碰撞次数进行了分析。结果表明,介质球速度与搅拌器转速及介质球径向方向上所处的位置关系较大;搅拌器转速和介质球填充率很大程度上影响了介质球碰撞力的大小;介质球的碰撞次数与介质球填充率密切相关。In order to study the influence of key parameters of the vertical spiral stirring mill on the motion characteristics of the grinding balls,the vertical spiral stirring test mill was taken as the object,and the simulation model for grinding of the test mill was established with discrete element method.The simulation and analysis on the velocity,collision force and collision times of the grinding balls in the grinding process were carried out.The results showed:the velocity of the balls was mainly related with the rotational speed of the agitator and the position of the balls in radial direction;the collision force of the balls was greatly affected by the rotational speed of the agitator and the filling ratio of the balls;the collision times of the balls closely depended on the filling ratio of the balls.
