摘 要:立磨选粉机叶片设计对选粉机性能影响很大。建立了不同叶片条件下选粉机的有限元模型,并采用数值模拟法对选粉机内部流场及分级性能进行对比研究。结果表明:定子叶片的偏转角度对选粉机分级性能影响不大,转子叶片的数量及宽度对选粉机分级性能影响较大。根据此研究结果,提出了120万t/a立磨选粉机优化方案。转子叶片为160片、叶片宽度为130mm时,立磨选粉机的选粉效果略优于原设计,转子功率降低约10.6%。The design of the blade of the vertical mill separator is of great influence on the performance of the separator.In the paper,the finite element models of the separators with various blade conditions were established,and the numerical simulation method was applied to conduct the comparative research on inner flow field and classification performance of the separator.The results showed,the deflection angle of the stator blade was of little influence on the classification performance of the separator,the number and the width of the rotor blade were of considerable influence on the classification performance of the separator.Based on the research results,the optimization scheme of 1.2 million t/a vertical mill separator was proposed.On the condition of 160 pieces of rotor blade and 130 mm blade width,the classification effects of the separator was slightly superior to original design,and the rotor power reduced by about 10.6%.
