摘 要:河南某金矿石中金矿物属于微细粒级金,含量较低,原矿品位仅为2.2g/t,矿石泥化现象较为严重,随着磨矿细度的提高,矿浆黏度加大,严重影响分选效果。采用浮选法富集金矿物,在磨矿细度-0.074mm占75%~80%时,采用MC黄药+丁铵黑药的组合捕收剂,NaCO作为矿浆pH值调整剂,水玻璃作为抑制剂,实现了含金矿物与脉石矿物有效分离,并以此进行了工业试验,获得了金精矿品位为37g/t、回收率达到88.95%的良好指标。The gold-bearing mineral in a certain gold ore from Henan was micro-fine particle with low content,the grade of raw ore was only 2.2 g/t,argillization degree was serious.With the increase in the grinding fineness,the slurry viscosity rose,thus the separation results were seriously affected.The flotation method was applied to concentrate the gold material,while-0.074 mm grinding fineness accounting for 75% ~ 80%,MC xanthate and butylamine dithiophosphate being combined as the collector,NaCObeing used as slurry pH modifier,sodium silicate being used as inhibitor,the gold-bearing mineral and gangue mineral were effectively separated.And then industrial test was conducted,the excellent indexes of gold concentrate grade of 37 g/t and gold recovery of 88.95% were obtained.
