摘  要:花山煤矿压风机系统老旧、不具备变频调速功能,无法实现实时变频节能控制,导致系统总管压力在卸载运行的过程中产生巨大能量损耗,而总管压力不足时,需要人为一键启动压风机补压,压风机系统存在自动化水平不足等问题。为此笔者设计了以西门子300系列PLC作为压风机的控制核心,通过运用阶梯式控制策略对压风机控制程序进行优化,实现了压风机排气压力的阶梯式控制,最大程度的减少空载运行和设备启停的能量损耗,结合现场传感器数据、设备数据、SCADA工程师站,实现对压风机在线监测与智能化控制。Since the pressure fan system in Huashan Colliery was old and was unable to control speed via frequency conversion,real-time frequency conversion and energy saving control failed to realize,which led to huge energy loss of the system during the pressure of main pipe unloading process.At the time of insufficient pressure of main pipe,manual one-key start was needed to supplement the pressure of the fan,it was clear that the pressure fan system was poor in automation degree.In order to solve the problem,Siemens 300 series PLC was designed as the control core of the pressure fan,the stepped control strategy was applied to optimize the control program of the pressure fan,so as to realize the stepped control of the exhaust pressure of the pressure fan,reduce the energy loss at the time of no-load operation and start-up and halting of the equipment to the maximum degree,and realize the online monitor and control for the pressure fan in combination with field sensor data,equipment data and SCADA engineer station.
