黄连-牛黄药对源流考证与配伍探析

摘　　要：黄连与牛黄是临床常见的清热泻火中药,二者配伍具有协同增效的作用,是治疗火热病证的经典药对。自《华佗神方》一书首次记载黄连与牛黄药对以来,后世医家不断补充和完善,妇、儿内外各科均能找到应用痕迹,其中以治疗心肝经火热证最为精湛,涌现了安宫牛黄丸、牛黄清心丸、牛黄丸和黄连丸等经典名方。从药对配伍的历史源流、机制和特征分析这3个角度,系统考察了黄连与牛黄药对的创制年代、临床应用主治、配伍剂量比例、中药基原、炮制方法、方剂剂型,勾画出黄连与牛黄药对配伍应用的全景图,为拓宽该药对的临床范围、新药开发和有效物质基础研究提供参考。Huanglian(Coptidis Rhizoma)and Niuhuang(Bovis Calculus)is a common traditional Chinese medicine for clearing heat and reducing fire in clinic.The combination of the two drugs has synergistic effect and is a classic drug pairs in the treatment of fiery disease.Since the first record Coptidis Rhizoma and Bovis Calculus in the ancient the book of Huatuo Shenfang,later doctors continued to supplement and improve,the traces of its application cloud be found in both inside and outside the departments of women and children,among which the treatment of heart and liver meridian with fiery syndrome is the most wonderful,and classic prescriptions such as Angong Niuhuang Pills(安宫牛黄丸),Niuhuang Qingxin Pills(牛黄清心丸),Niuhuang Pills(牛黄丸)and Huanglian Pills(黄连丸)have emerged.Based on the analysis of the historical origin,mechanism and characteristics of the compatibility of Coptidis Rhizoma and Bovis Calculus,this paper systematically investigated the creation time,clinical application,dosage ratio,traditional Chinese medicine base,processing method and prescription form of Coptidis Rhizoma and Bovis Calculus,and outlined the panorama of the compatibility application of Coptidis Rhizoma and Bovis Calculus,so as to provide reference for broadening the clinical scope,new drug development and basic research of effective substances.
